The most interesting device printed in 3D

Because at the moment I do not have anything interesting to write about the projects in which I participate I decided to encourage to deepen their knowledge about what can be printed using a 3D printer. and they are really cool and interesting device:

Solar Stirling engine
It is a heat engine, which is known for quite a long time. Robert Stirling has developed and patented it already in 1816. This machine has won recognition only recently, however, through the use of solar energy conversion. If someone wants to put solar Stirling engine in your own home - no contraindications for doing so. The easiest way to buy a set of plans, for example, from RepRap windturbine , then use the 3D printer to prepare their own model.

Car

Strati tojeden of several cars printed in 3D technology. Electric vehicle was developed by Local Motors . Obviously not all the vehicle has been printed. It was founded on the printer interior, a large part of the body and almost all the trim. The engine, chassis and electricity are derived from an external supplier. To perform the largest components were used for the professional large format printer, prepared specifically for this project. Scattering the up to 50 km / h, the car is available for sale since 2015.

Block of flats

Company Winsun is the first developer offering residential block printed in 3D. Five-storey building has been divided into apartments and rooms. Printed was also impressive façade, which imitates brick with granite finish. Of course, the printer is not out of the building immediately, but its elements in the form of prefabricated Winsun not print only the elements of woodwork or metal components.

As you can see, in principle, you can now be printed on almost all 3D printers. On the one hand, we know that such printing thi certainly time consuming, but on the other hand to carry objects made in this technology are needed less and less employees.
Well, watching this stuff we must answer the question of whether we want to participate. I think that should be interested and the GCC Group gives ample opportunity for doing so.
